Shipping policy

I appreciate your business!

I will always offer reasonable shipping costs.  I offer the cost of USPS first-class mail for $7.00

All "ready to ship" items will be shipped within 3-5 days of purchase.  Each order will include a USPS tracking number for any inquiries on status of the item.  Shipping date for custom orders will be agreed upon by customer and Tahoe Mtn Jewelry Co.

Once your package is dropped off at USPS, it is officially in the hands of the USPS.  If your package is lost in shipping, please contact USPS directly and provide the tracking number so that they may assist in recovering or refunding your item.  Any shipping address errors on the part of Tahoe Mtn Jewelry Co. will be evaluated in order to arrive at a satisfied resolution.
